ICAN Talks Youth Initiative

This program will be a partnership with the National Parent Teacher Association  or any national group that represent the interest of children in any country with the possible partnering of their ministry of education and  corporate  business owners locally and internationally.

This initiative is to provide a speaking forum for our youths globally. To work within the school system to ignite the spark within our youths to speak out on relevant opics they have a passion for. To develop their vocabulary and confidence. To create a platform in an atmosphere that encourages growth in developing their speaking skills through motivation and special professional  training to bring the best out of them.

To encourage speaking competition between the schools and placing them into three catagories:

(1)Primary Schools
(2) Secondary Schools
(3) University Schools
There will be a registration fee for each child to enter the competition at all stages and catagories

The competition will begin in the local school and have a knock out competition to decide the creme of the crop. From that you will select the first three eventually winner from the finals. Each school will have their own local competition, then the finalist will move from that local competition  to the district competition. The three finalist from the district competition will then move to the national competition to choose the three final national final champion. All of the competitions will be judged by local and international professional speakers.

We then move from the national championships to the world championships. We will give you the details of that in the very near future.
Each catergory will be unique in itself and will have it's own competition and set rules until the national finals and world championships.
We have also developed a school radio program which we are in the early stages of rolling out. We will build the radio station at a small cost for the regions of the school system and get business sponsorships to finance the equipment need to be installed for that region radio station. Those regions will develop their own programming for their station. They will be challenged by our business standards and carefully monitored and finally judged after a period of time for their station yearly standard, programming and given a challenge trophy prize.
